Who we are
Falaj is a business workspace in active development by Falaj Labs. You can reach us at hello@falajlabs.com. The legal entity that contracts with you is named in your written pilot agreement.
What this website collects
The website has no sign-in and no form that submits to our servers. The pilot brief is prepared in your browser, on your device. Nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored by the website. It reaches us only if you email it yourself.
- The website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- English pages serve their font files from this website. Some Arabic pages still load Google Fonts and connect to Google’s servers.
- Our hosting provider may use essential security cookies to verify browsers and may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, to run and secure the site.
When you email us
Your email arrives in our mailbox at hello@falajlabs.com. We use your name, contact details and message only to reply and to discuss a possible pilot. We don’t sell it or add you to a mailing list.
Please don’t send financial records, identity documents or confidential customer data. If you want us to delete your enquiry, email hello@falajlabs.com and we will.
How pilot terms work
Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract, and prices are indicative. Before a pilot starts, we agree a written pilot agreement that covers:
- scope, success measures and duration
- what data is used, where it is hosted, who can access it and how it is deleted at the end
- support channel, hours and response times
- fees, including any onboarding, AI, hardware or integration costs
- the contracting entity and its legal details
A full privacy policy
A complete privacy policy for the Falaj application will be published before any production use. Until then, the data terms for each pilot are set out in its written agreement.
